As the Senior Business Development Manager, Erica is responsible for providing targeted market research and statistical analysis in Atlanta, Raleigh and the Southeast; in-depth business development; the creation of client presentations and meeting with brokers to discuss client meeting strategies. With the help of the National Research Services group, Erica gathers and analyzes market data and transactions for the quarterly market report (The Studley Report) and the annual SERI Report for both the Atlanta and Raleigh offices. Erica also has a hand in helping with the marketing and public relations initiatives in the offices.
Erica’s unique skill set not only allows her to identify potential Southeast clients, but to utilize that knowledge within the boundaries of available research tools to produce meaningful decision support materials for the brokers to use in client cultivation. When dealing directly with current clients, Erica produces materials that may include: detailed market analyses, market reports, building and land sale comparable overviews, land use and density analysis, employee impact studies, transit studies, and landlord portfolio analyses. Her ability to present complex data in a concise and easily understandable fashion enables clients to quickly understand the multiple variables affecting their transaction, empowering them to make critical business decisions based upon all available data.
Since joining Savills Studley in 2000, Erica has worked on transactions for a diversified group of clients, including Carlton Fields Jorden Burt, Kumho Tires USA, MunichRE, Verisk Analytics, Stites & Harbison, SunTrust Bank, PRA International, Williams Mullen and Volvo North America totaling over 2.5 million square feet. She has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
