Ericka joined Savills Studley in 2015 as a senior managing director and account manager for Savills Studley Occupier Services, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and can consistently deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis. With a diverse, 15-plus year career in commercial and corporate real estate, Ericka’s focus is on putting relationships with customers first and exceeding their expectations.
Ericka came to Savills Studley from Johnson Controls Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), where she led teams in growing existing accounts and pursuing new business with national and global corporate clients in integrated real estate services. Prior to her tenure at Johnson Controls, Ericka oversaw real estate services for corporate owned advisory offices across the western United States and the southeast region for Ameriprise Financial. As part of her duties, she directed the integration of over 15 locations in a nine-month period after the purchase of a large competitor. Ericka also spent five years on the development team at Opus Northwest, specializing in office development, with total development exceeding $300M. While there, she negotiated purchase agreements and leases for several retail and office projects with dollar volume totaling more than $20M and managed budgets for projects ranging from $20M to over $100M. Ericka is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Ericka has been involved with industry organizations such as Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW), NAIOP and CCIM holding various leadership roles. She is currently a member of CoreNet Global and working toward obtaining her Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
In addition, Ericka is one of the few women to win three of MNCREW’s most prestigious awards: Career Advancement for Women; Community Impact and Networking Story of the Year.
Ericka earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She is a licensed Minnesota real estate broker.
