Erik Weiss is a senior managing director in Savills Atlanta office with over 19 years’ experience advising Fortune 500 companies and government entities on their commercial real estate strategy, from optimizing transactions to overall portfolio management services. Whether a client is in the government or private sector, in need of office or industrial space, Erik is dedicated to exceeding client expectations, Every client’s needs are unique, so Erik starts by thoroughly understanding his clients’ organizational drivers and the metrics they use to measure their success. He creates tailored strategies to yield the best long-term solution, rather than allowing market conditions to dictate the outcome of a transaction.

Erik is deeply skilled in transaction management, strategic consulting, financial advisory, build-to-suit, site location, property acquisition and disposition, and portfolio operational maximization. As an experienced tenant-focused advisor, he not only helps his clients understand the necessary elements of a real estate transaction but also how these elements relate to and support the optimal economic and operational structure of their organization within their overall portfolio.

Erik has extensive experience with the government sector as a member of Savills Government Service Group, managing Savills Zone 2 General Services Administration (GSA) GLS and GLS Plus Contracts (Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico); and serving as the Client Executive for Savills Georgia State Properties Commission (SPC) contract as the exclusive real estate advisor to SPC.

Erik joined Savills in 2004, after working as an Associate for Equis Corporation.
