Evan has developed a practice primarily focused on servicing users of high-end Class A office space, typically hedge funds and other boutique financial services firms. He is thoroughly immersed in the Midtown Manhattan marketplace—knowing when leases expire in the top buildings, which firms are evaluating their real estate needs and what spaces are available, whether officially listed, or potentially available for sublease. He understands his clients' business operations and can therefore quickly match them with appropriate buildings and specific spaces. Evan is known for his desire to overachieve and puts 100% into every assignment.
Evan joined Savills Studley in early 2002 as an associate, after completing the sale of his family-owned business. Due to his marketing and business development skills, he quickly began building his book of business and earned his first promotion in less than six months and is recognized as having the quickest ascent from associate to senior managing director in Savills Studley history.
Evan quickly adapted his sales background to the world of commercial real estate, and in his first year with Savills Studley received the coveted “National Rookie of the Year” award. He is an active member of YMWREA (Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association), REBNY (The Real Estate Board of New York) and The State University of New York at Albany’s Alumni Association.
Evan earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing and managment from The State University of New York at Albany.
