Professional Expertise

Evelyn leads Workplace Strategy for Savills Studley’s West Coast offices. She combines her business and architecture background to seamlessly integrate workplace experience with organizational culture and operational strategy. Her experience with real estate strategy provides clients with value-based results that benefit an organization's future goals.

Evelyn’s strategic clients span multiple sectors, creating new workplace environments for technology (Mozilla), professional services (ZS Associates), NGOs (The Nature Conservancy), education (Stanford University and several University of California schools), government (Santa Clara Valley Water District), and consultancies (Robert Half and the Brattle Group).

Evelyn joins Savills Studley after successfully contributing to the growth of the Strategy practice at MKThink, a multidisciplinary firm that focused on how buildings can energize culture, enhance human performance and optimize resources. During her tenure, she increased the strategy revenue three-fold creating a new portfolio for the firm in government work, growing their footprint in workplace and expanding relationships with existing educational clients. Through strategic hires, she also managed to increase strategy offerings and create processes which resulted in expanded value to the clients.

Activities & Achievements

A licensed architect and workplace leader, Evelyn has more than a decade of experience and leadership. She is a sought-after speaker, panelist and moderator at national conferences covering topics on organizational change management, capacity building, stakeholder engagement and how to put design thinking into practice. She writes a regular column for Contract Magazine on design, practice and professional development and has been awarded the AIA (American Institute of Architects) National Associate of the Year award in 2005 and the Young Architect Award in 2014. Evelyn has also been awarded the 40 Under 40 award by Building Design and Construction (2016) and Engineering News Record in California (2014). She currently serves as Director-At-Large for the National Board of Directors for the AIA.


Evelyn received her Bachelor of Architecture with honors from Drury University while on an athletic scholarship playing soccer. She earned her Master of Architecture degree at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Most recently Evelyn earned both her Master of Public Administration and Master of Business Administration in Sustainability from the Presidio Graduate School.
