A 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Frank has provided strategic counsel to organizations representing most industry sectors. Prior to joining Savills Studley, his most recent experience was with Trammell Crow and then with CB Richard Ellis following the merger of the two firms. At Trammell Crow, Frank was a senior financial analyst providing transactional-based financial analysis and strategic consulting to local, regional and multi-national corporations. He created proprietary financial models that allowed him to uncover the most prudent real estate strategies for his clients to pursue. His role changed when Trammell Crow merged with CBRE, becoming a part of CBRE’s Global Corporate Services Division. At CBRE he provided transaction based services to Sovereign Bank (now Banco Santander) and then globally to A.C. Nielsen as the Director of Real Estate Transactions. His responsibilities included portfolio optimization, site selection and analysis, negotiations for new leases and renewals, and dispositions of non-performing assets through sales or early lease terminations.
Frank began his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained valuable experience in valuation and consulting to institutional property owners throughout the United States. As a manager in the Real Estate Valuation and Consulting Group, he was responsible for overseeing industrial, office, apartment, and subdivision assignments working directly with a dedicated team of associates and senior associates. He developed an expertise in performing portfolio analysis, third-party financing and/or partnership valuations.
Frank is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and New York. He is also certified as a general appraiser in the state of New Jersey.
Frank graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts and later obtained a diploma from New York University’s Real Estate Institute for Real Estate Investment Analysis.
