Frank McCafferty, Executive Managing Director and Co-Branch Manager of Savills Studley’s Dallas office, possesses nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience across several disciplines, including tenant representation, corporate services, development and construction management. Throughout his tenure, Frank has established himself as an expert in the Dallas market on developing portfolio strategies that optimize space holdings and cost while aligning overall strategy with a firm’s mission.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Frank served as the West Region Portfolio Services leader for Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused his efforts on providing tenant representation services and integrated services to corporate clients. Frank was on the Cassidy Turley Board of Directors before its integration into Cushman & Wakefield.
Previously, Frank specialized in strategic planning, customer relationship management, team development and client consulting as Senior Vice President with UGL Equis. He was also a Senior Asset Manager for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in the Mid-Atlantic Region, where he provided account management and tenant representation services for the Internal Revenue Service, the Social Security Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard. During his time with the GSA, Frank developed over $1 billion in federal facilities.
Frank has advised clients from a broad range of market sectors encompassing government, pharmaceutical, health care, engineering, communications, financial services, and consumer products. His impressive client roster includes Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Consolidated Container Co., Delphi Automotive, Furniture Brands International, GlaxoSmithKline, Graybar, Hanes Brands, Harris Corp., Humana, LabCorp, Legg Mason, MeadWestvaco, Omnicare Inc., Prime Lending, Rexel, Sodexho USA, State Farm, Bort Longyear, Centene, Engility, FleetPride and Raymond James.
Frank is a board member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) as well as TREC’s Foundation.
Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Marketing from Holy Family University and a Master of Business Administration from Salem University.
