With over 17 years of real estate industry experience working with notable firms such as LaSalle Partners, Chicago Developer Fifield Companies and Lincoln Property Company, Geoff’s knowledge of the market provides him an exceptional vantage point from which to serve his clients.
Geoff’s experience working with institutional real estate owners such as Prudential, MetLife, Carlyle Realty and Goldman Sachs has given him an intimate familiarity with the mechanics of landlord pricing, positioning and negotiating strategies. Through this understanding, Geoff executes complex transactions that result in unprecedented savings and solve his clients’ most pressing real estate challenges.
Geoff graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and economics and received an MBA in marketing and finance from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
