Greg Scheipers joined Savills Studley in 2011. Specializing in tenant representation, he leverages his knowledge of the local market dynamics and trends to assist clients with advancing their goals and objectives through strategic real estate planning. Greg represents a mix of Washington, DC tenants that include both local and national nonprofits and associations, law firms, and government contractors. He has worked on behalf of clients that include Guidestar, Results for Development (R4D), Center for Global Development (CGD), Relief International, Development Gateway, GlobalGiving, Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP, Caplin & Drysdale, RatnerPresita, and Bam Technologies, among others.
Prior to joining the firm, Greg was an associate with the tenant advisory group at Grubb & Ellis Company in Washington, DC. While at Grubb & Ellis, Greg was primarily responsible for business development, but was also involved in financial planning, modeling and analysis.
Greg currently holds sales person licenses in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Outside of the office, Greg is involved with the Babson Real Estate Alumni Club.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance from Babson College in 2007.
