Greg joined Savills Studley immediately following his graduation from Tulane University in 1994 and currently serves as an executive managing director. His areas of expertise in strategic commercial real estate planning include early lease restructurings and renewals, relocations, and the acquisition and disposition of facilities. Greg has a thorough understanding of the New York real estate market which enables him to structure complex occupancy solutions that align with his clients’ business goals.
Greg has closed over 10 million square feet of leasing transactions over the course of his career, with clients ranging from law and financial services firms to technology start-ups. Recent transactions include a 420,000 square-foot acquisition and 250,000 square-foot disposition on behalf of Tiffany & Co., a 140,000 square-foot acquisition on behalf of Two Sigma Investments, a 80,000 square-foot lease on behalf of Quirky, a 60,000 square-foot lease on behalf of MongoDB, and a 50,000 square-foot lease on behalf of Buzzfeed in addition to leases and subleases totaling 130,000 square feet on behalf of Thompson Hine LLP, acquisitions and dispositions totaling 120,000 square feet on behalf of The Harry Fox Agency, Inc., and a 64,000 square-foot acquisition on behalf of Richline Group (Berkshire Hathaway).
Activities & Achievements
Greg serves on the board of Making Headway, a foundation dedicated to the comfort and care of children with brain and spinal cord tumors. In 2007, Greg was named one of Real Estate New York’s Commercial Broker All Stars and made the CoStar Power Broker list that same year, ranking among New York City's top brokers. In 2010, Greg was named one of the “15 People You Should Know” by NYinc magazine. More recently, Greg was nominated for REBNY’s 2012 Ingenious Deal of the Year Award.
Greg received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Tulane University.
