Clients benefit from his experience and skills in transaction management, lease negotiations, strategic real estate planning, market analysis and attention to detail. He has a proven history of successful real estate transactions representing start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
Gregg joined Cresa - San Jose (now Savills-Studley) in 1994 as a corporate real estate service advisor specializing in tenant representation of technology and professional companies in the South Bay Area.
Gregg is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. He is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers and the professional business fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi. CoStar Group, the leading provider of commercial real estate information, named him to the annual list of “Power Brokers” recognizing him as one of the top office brokers in the South Bay market.
Gregg and his wife live in Pleasanton. They have two adult children (son & daughter) living in California. He has strong interest in family, golf, water skiing, boating, exercise, travel and music. Some of his favorite charities are American Red Cross, American Cancer Society and League to Save Lake Tahoe.
Gregg received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico, and pursued CSUC graduate study in international finance at the London School of Economics.
