Gregg Najarian became a member of the Savills Studley team in March of 2004 when Strategic Alliance Partners, LLC joined forces with Studley (now Savills Studley), establishing its Northern New Jersey office. He joined Strategic in 1994 as one of the firm’s first brokers.
Throughout his career, Gregg has represented organizations of various sizes from large Fortune 500 companies to small privately held firms, helping them satisfy their diverse real estate needs. He represented the law firm Gibbons PC with the relocation of its headquarters in Newark and Eisai Inc. with its headquarters relocation to a build–to-suit in Woodcliff Lake. He has also represented leading companies Cognizant Technology Solutions, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, National Cable Communications, Eisai, Canon, CVS Caremark and URS with transactions nationwide and in Canada.
Gregg works to align his clients’ business objectives with their real estate decision-making process. His experience with complex transactions and his understanding of the impact that real estate has on a company’s bottom line contribute to his success.
Activities & Achievements
He is a member of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey and the Newark Regional Business Partnership and is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and New York.
Gregg has received numerous awards throughout the years, including being named to NJBIZ’s coveted “40 Under 40” list and to Real Estate New Jersey’s “40 under 40” list of distinguished young real estate professionals. In addition, Gregg received the “Broker of the Year” award for two consecutive years from a major developer. He routinely volunteers, along with his Savills Studley colleagues, with Habitat for Humanity in Newark among other charitable causes.
Gregg graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Bachelor of Arts in economics.
