Gregg Najarian has over 27 years of multi-market experience in the commercial real estate industry, representing a broad spectrum of corporate clients. As a Savills veteran since 2004, Gregg is executive vice president and co-manager of the Rutherford, New Jersey office. In order to optimize his clients’ real estate pursuits, Gregg brings a wealth of abilities to the table, including market research, financial analysis, transactional management, workplace strategy, and more. He has also worked in a multitude of industries, including legal, retail, technology, information, media, healthcare, AEC, professional services and more.

Over the years, Gregg has built extremely strong local and national relationships, working with clientele in New Jersey and across state lines. Prior to the Savills merger, Gregg worked with Strategic Alliance Partners LLC for 10 years, focusing on tenant representation in commercial real estate. His vast background and skillset, combined with his ability to mesh well with companies, is what makes Gregg such a valuable asset in real estate.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Gregg is currently a member of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, as well as the Newark Regional Business Partnership. He is also Vice President of the Pascack Lacrosse Association. Gregg routinely volunteers, along with his Savills colleagues, with Habitat for Humanity in Newark, among other charities.

Throughout the years, Gregg has received numerous awards, including being named to NJBIZ’s coveted ’40 Under 40’ lists and to Real Estate New Jersey’s ’40 Under 40’ list of distinguished young real estate professionals. He also received the ‘Broker of the Year’ award for two consecutive years with a major developer.
