Greg joined Savills in 2000 and has since become the branch manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. As vice chairman, Greg motivates his teammates to expand upon their business development and counsels new and long-term clients with all of their real estate endeavors both nationally and locally. To do so, Greg offers his more than 22 years of practiced experience in the real estate market conducting strategic market research, financial analysis, workplace strategy and lease negotiations in order to optimize financial and strategic business objectives of his clients.

Prior to entering the world of commercial real estate by joining Savills, Greg practiced as a litigation attorney in Philadelphia and southern New Jersey. Putting his background to great use, Greg uses his analytical thought process developed while practicing as an attorney to not only develop new business, but to formulate and implement complex creative strategies for his clients. With local insight of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, as well as national knowledge of the market, Greg surveys the market and examines contracts in order to leverage his client’s’ positions in real estate pursuit.

Greg has worked in varying fields including legal, educational, pharmaceutical, healthcare, professional services, financial services and with nonprofit associations. Due to his diverse range of ability, Greg has had the opportunity to work on national accounts such as Aberdeen Standard, Accenture, United Healthcare, PNC Bank, Bracket Global, McGladrey, Waste Management and Premier Research, along with regional accounts such as Cross MediaWorks, Surgical Care Associates, Global Indemnity and WuxiAppTec.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Greg was recognized as a CoStar ‘Power Broker’ in 2003, 2006, 2008, 2012, 2014 and 2017 - 2021. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.
