Greg Soffian helps run the Philadelphia Region for Savills Studley and brings a diverse set of skill-sets to each of his client engagements. His legal background and strategic approach to tenant representation has allowed him to work with and represent a wide range of tenants in the Philadelphia area. 

Professional Expertise

Greg joined Savills Studley in 2000 as an Assistant Director, after practicing as a litigation attorney in Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey and now helps to manage Savills Studley's Philadelphia office.  He uses the analytical thought process developed while practicing as an attorney to help in not only developing new business, but in formulating and implementing complex creative strategies for his clients, to meet their strategic and financial goals.  Greg uses this strategic approach and analytical negotiating skills to create a competitive environment and maximize marketplace opportunities on behalf of his clients. Greg's focus is solely on representing the interests of tenants, with a concentration in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. His industry experience extends to numerous sectors including legal, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services, consulting, financial services and non-profit.  He has had the opportunity to work on national accounts; such as Accenture, United Healthcare, PNC Bank, Dade Behring, Icon Clinical Research and Premier Research, along with regional accounts such as Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Global Indemnity and Financial Software Systems.

Activities & Achievements

Greg was recognized as a "Power Broker" in Philadelphia in 2003, 2006 and 2008. He is still an active member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations and has actively participated in numerous charitable organizations over the years.


Greg graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and received his Juris Doctor at Widener University School of Law.
