Hastings focuses exclusively on tenant representation, specializing in assisting emerging and established companies. As an assistant director at Savills Studley, Hastings’ work toward eliminating the inherent conflict of interest that has existed in corporate real estate while at an organization that has a broad platform of tenant-focused services.
Previously Hastings worked for Cresa Carolinas which she joined in September 2015 as an Associate. Her responsibilities in the Triangle office included developing new business, strategic planning, transaction management, and market research.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Hastings graduated from the University of Mississippi in May of 2011 with a B.A. in Journalism. Hastings has spent the last three years in Washington, D.C. While in Washington, Hastings worked at a multifamily lender where she was responsible for helping close over 320 million dollars in multifamily loans. She then worked for a private equity firm turned REIT that focused primarily on GSA-tenant occupied properties. She supported asset management and public relations during her time at the REIT.
Activities & Achievements
Hastings has worked closely with Easterly Government Properties as well as Beech Street Capital Multifamily Lending, a Capital One company and the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage team.
Hastings earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Mississippi.
