Over her more than 30-year career with Savills, Hether has become a prominent name in commercial real estate throughout the Philadelphia region and across the nation. As one of the firm’s most experienced brokers, Hether is trusted to provide insightful real estate consulting services such as strategic planning and analysis, lease negotiating and restructuring, and asset acquisition and disposition. She has represented clients across many industries including healthcare, educational, government, financial and professional services, legal, pharmaceutical and nonprofit companies. She is also the broker of record for Savills in Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia.

Prior to joining Savills in 1988, Hether spent 15 years in marketing, management and strategic planning with Interspace Incorporated and The Fantus Group, where she specialized in developing long-range real estate strategies for 6.5 million square feet of projects on behalf of large corporate clients like United Technologies, Vanguard and Chrysler. At Savills, she has amassed an additional 30-plus million square feet in transactions accounting for over $2 billion. Hether’s more than 45-year career has cemented her as an expert in her industry, capable of understanding any of her clients’ current standings and situations and helping them make the best financial and operational real estate decision for their association or business.

Regarded as an industry expert, Hether has been profiled and is frequently quoted in the Philadelphia Business Journal, Philadelphia Inquirer Magazine, Real Estate Forum, Dow Jones Real Estate Report and Commercial Property News. She has served as a guest speaker for the AIA National Convention, SMPS, NNCREW, Realshare, The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Urban Planning and The Wharton School. She was also selected as one of the Real Estate Forum’s ‘Superstar Office Leasing Brokers’, appointed to the Pennsylvania Honor Roll of Women, named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal's ‘Women of Distinction’ and has been honored by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) for her “significant contributions to the Philadelphia commercial real estate industry.” Hether is actively involved in the local community, having chaired or served on the executive committee of over half a dozen nonprofit organizations.
