Howard joined Savills Studley in 2006 with more than two decades of experience. Throughout his career, he has advised a variety of clients on both leasing and sales transactions.

Howard is a senior strategic advisor and leverages a Savills Studley team with disciplines in legal, engineering, construction management, and finance. The team works to create options specific to each client’s needs and utilizes unique strategies to achieve successful results. As an active participant throughout the entire real estate process, Howard has earned a reputation of applying an aggressive negotiating style on behalf of his clients.

Notable transactions in 2014 include representing Ross Stores Inc. New York Buying Office expansion and purchase of the leasehold interest of 572,000 square feet at 1372 Broadway, The American Language Communication Center “ALCC” lease restructure of 65,000 square feet at 229 West 36th Street, and Weiden & Kennedy Inc.’s expansion and long term lease renewal of 70,000 square feet at 150 Varick Street. In addition, Howard has worked with numerous prestigious clients throughout New York City and beyond, to secure both headquarters and office spaces, including B&H Foto & Electronics Corp New York City, AXA Rosenberg Orinda,CA , Hermes of Paris, Troika Dialogue, Rencap Securites New York, and CGI Technologies and Solutions in Herndon, VA, Houston, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Dallas, Texas.

Prior to joining Savills Studley, Howard worked at Cushman & Wakefield representing tenants and landlords in their leasing and sale transactions.

Activities & Achievements

He has consistently been recognized as part of Crain’s New York Business’s “CoStar Top 50 List of Manhattan Office Leases” in 2009, 2011 – 2013.

While at Cushman & Wakefield, Howard received the “Top 100 Producing Brokers” recognition from the firm, as well as the “Service Excellence Award”. In 2006, he earned the “Most Significant Green Deal” from SL Green for his contributions to 1372 Broadway.

Howard is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, The Young Men’s / Women’s Real Estate Association, CoreNet Global, Inc., and New York Road Runners. He actively supports The Pediatric Cancer Society and his alma mater, the University of Miami.


Howard graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and chemistry from the University of Miami.
