Ian joined Savills Studley under the direction of Senior Vice President Gregory Soffian and Senior Managing Director Matthew Sall. His primary focus is to leverage a conflict-free tenant representation platform to yield holistic, competitive solutions for corporate users of space. As an Associate Director of Savills Studley’s Philadelphia office, Ian brings with him an extensive background in high-performance workplace implementation strategy. His expertise lies in his unique ability to successfully create space that fulfills each client’s organizational strategy without losing sight of their non-qualitative needs.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Ian managed a technology/ergonomic product portfolio for Herman Miller, Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of commercial office furniture. At Herman Miller, Inc., Ian specialized in the physical, social and cognitive effects of workplace design. His particular vantage point has since proven to be invaluable to his clients as he helps them to better understand and appreciate the entire ecosystem of space.
Ian was awarded Herman Miller’s CEO Sales Excellence Award in 2013 and 2014 and was selected by senior leadership to the Making Connections Program. He is an active member of the Susquehanna University Alumni Board and an avid fly fisherman.
Ian graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science in GLOBAL Business and a minor in Economics.
