Jack Deroche is Assistant Director to Savills Studley’s Chicago office. Jack is primarily responsible for developing and implementing new business plans and strategies to grow clients’ business and platform, in addition to defining and executing real estate solutions on behalf of tenants.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Jack began his career at the Chicago Board Options Exchange where he successfully tracked and paired stock/option recommendations for Ford Motor Company. He later went on to work with The Private Bank & Trust Company where he worked in risk analytics to develop and publish analysis of the population of upcoming loan maturities to further guide management action. In 2012, Jack then served as a financial analyst for J-Power USA Development Co. Ltd., where he co-managed three Greenfield development projects and oversaw all loan compliance requirements for several senior and mezzanine financings.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Denver.
