James Brannan is a senior project manager for Savills Studley’s Chicago office. With nearly 20 years of experience and consulting expertise in base building construction, renovations, tenant improvements and site work infrastructure, James has delivered project management and construction management services on over 3.5 million SF equal to $400 million in base building and building renovation projects.
Prior to joining the firm, James was a senior project manager at Cushman & Wakefield where he provided project management services for over 1 million square feet of space, and projects totaling over $86 million. Previously, at Sterling Engineering, James was responsible for providing on-site project management services for the WMS Gaming Chicago technology campus expansion LEED Platinum project.
In addition, James has provided construction project management services with multiple local commercial general contractors where he was responsible for the overall project management of healthcare, mid-rise office, multi-story residential, industrial, institutional, retail, gaming and site work projects which included direct coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors during all phases of the projects.
James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University’s School of Technology. He is also LEED accredited.
