James has been an active member of the Boston business community for over 20 years. His tenant advisory work spans multiple industries such as finance, legal, venture capital, software, insurance, advertising, public relations, architecture, engineering and nonprofits, giving him abundant experience and unique perspectives as a commercial real estate broker. After more than 10 years as a principal of CresaPartners, he founded Anchor Advisors before joining the Savills team in 2013.

James's hands-on, consultative approach helps his clients make informed decisions focused on the bottom line. He is a skilled negotiator who anticipates roadblocks and avoids surprises by paying close attention to detail. James regularly updates his clients to ensure they remain ahead of the real estate market curve. He maximizes negotiation leverage by working with his clients to create a deliberate action plan.
