Janelle Hepner is a workplace strategist at Savills Phoenix office where she brings over 20 years of experience. Janelle is responsible for corporate interiors and architecture, specializing in visioning, programming and planning services to partner with clients toward valuable project results. Throughout her career, Janelle has gained expertise navigating all types of projects, including facility design, security planning, creative solutions, move management, property and facility project management, budget forecasting and reporting and customer service. Her focus is always efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Prior to joining Savills, Janelle began her career at Principal Real Estate Investors in Des Moines, Iowa as an area operations administrator focusing on equity asset management. In 2004, Janelle moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where she joined the Wells Fargo Bank team as a project manager and planning consultant for over a decade.

Through her relationships with corporations both locally and nationally, Janelle produces customized workplace strategies that support Savills clients, aligning physical environments with primary business needs and goals.
