Jasmine Mibus possesses over seven years of experience in corporate real estate and auditing with licenses in Certified Public Accounting and Certified Internal Auditing, with a focus on internal auditing, process control review and risk identification and mitigation.
As a manager in Portfolio Lease Auditing for Savills Studley’s Occupier Services platform, Jasmine has audited over 100 commercial real estate locations and identified overall savings of more than $1,000,000. She provides a variety of services to clients, including lease compliance analysis; design and development of comprehensive real estate lease audit procedures; desktop audits of prior year occupancy charges; in-depth real estate audits and landlord occupancy charges as needed; support/service to client field personnel relating to occupancy cost concerns; audit tracking database maintenance and special projects as assigned.
Prior to joining Savills Studley in 2013, Jasmine spent three years at Cushman & Wakefield performing auditing services. To date, she has identified savings totaling over $1.6 million for her clients. Before entering the real estate industry, Jasmine worked as an internal auditor in the education and healthcare industries, where she was conducting financial, operational and compliance audits to ascertain the extent of compliance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of South Florida. She also earned licenses as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
