Beginning in 2003, Jason has represented the General Services Administration (GS) for Savills under a GSA Zone 2 contract. Recently, he has succeeded in generating transactions including succeeding leases, full lease acquisitions, build-to- suit projects, construction management, and source selection. His more than 15 years working under GSA contracts has cemented Jason as a reliable source for advisory services, especially when it comes to logistics and bottom line efficiency.

For 7 years, prior to Savills, Jason worked with GVA Cawley International as the Vice President of National Accounts. His resound experience working both locally and nationally have provided him with insightful knowledge of markets both in and out of state. Alongside his veteran teammates Kelly Winn, Erik Weiss, and Melissa Hein, Jason strives to make each and every client get exactly what they deserve: a satisfactory commercial real estate deal that will support them for years to come.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Jason is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS (NTCAR) and is active within its Young Professional Forum. He was also awarded the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award.
