Jeff Cannon is recognized as a leader in industrial tenant representation and has developed corporate real estate strategies on behalf of many prominent companies in the Southern California region. As one of Savills Studley’s corporate shareholders, Jeff brings a fresh perspective and creative energy to the firm and to his clients. He represents a broad range of clients including: technology, healthcare, medical device/life science, electronics, apparel, retail, manufacturing and aerospace/defense.
Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Jeff was a founding partner of ZCA, a successful boutique commercial real estate firm in Orange County. Before starting his own firm, Jeff was consistently recognized as a top professional at CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield.
Activities & Achievements
Served on the board of directors for Pretend City – The Children’s Museum of Orange County from 2008 to 2011. Chaired major fundraiser in 2010. Jeff has received multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards in Orange County and Inland Empire and has been recognized for closing several of the largest regional leasing transactions (as published by The Orange County Business Journal) and is a repeat recipient of the Irvine Company’s and Prologis’ Broker of the Year Awards.
Jeff graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, Spanish and political science. He studied abroad in Santiago, Chile and Seville, Spain.
