Jeff joined Savills Studley in 2014 as an Executive Managing Director based in New York, leading business development for the Occupier Services group. With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic consulting and brokerage, he has honed his expertise in selling, developing and managing customized account relationships with global occupiers. In addition, Jeff has extensive international experience and speaks Mandarin, having worked in Greater China for over ten years.
Jeff comes to Savills Studley from Colliers International, where he was responsible for the overall sales strategy for Corporate Solutions. Jeff got his start in corporate real estate services in Los Angeles as a Director at United Systems Integrators (USI). He then successfully led Cushman & Wakefield’s Beijing tenant representation team and was promoted to lead the Occupier Services line of business in China. Next, Jeff founded Sienna Commercial Qingdao Realty Advisors, the first foreign‐owned and operated commercial real estate consulting business in Qingdao, which was profitable in its first year and later acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). He stayed on as Managing Director and grew JLL Qingdao into a full service office before moving to New York and managing business development for JLL in the New York Tri‐State region. Prior to joining Colliers, Jeff served as the Vice President of Global Real Estate Services at Johnson Controls (JCI).
Jeff serves on CoreNet Global’s Programs Committee for the New York City Chapter and the Education Committee for the New Jersey Chapter. He is also a member of the Asia Society in New York. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey and a CCIM candidate.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Roanoke College and earned the MCR and SLCR designations from CoreNet Global. He also studied Mandarin Chinese at the Beijing Language and Culture University.
