As an Associate in Savills Studley’s Washington, DC office, Jeff specializes in supporting the strategic decision making process and resulting transactions for users and owners of real estate. He creates custom financial models for associations, corporations and investors, including lease versus own analyses, lease restructure analyses, and pro formas. On the transaction side, Jeff aids his team with marketing outreach for both land and building sales, qualitative and quantitative offer analysis, and coordinating due diligence. Jeff also tracks and analyzes market data to provide an up-to-date, detailed understanding of local and national market conditions.
Jeff joined Studley (Savills Studley) in 2009. While in college, Jeff was an intern at the firm and also spent time assisting in the preparation of valuations for a leading commercial real estate appraisal practice in Washington, DC.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University.
