Jeff brings 27 years of development, construction and project management experience to his position. He oversees Savills Studley’s San Francisco Bay Area Project Management, Development and Consulting Group, providing services on a local, regional and national basis. Jeff’s skill set encompasses all aspects of the project process, including site evaluations, due diligence, entitlements, and design and construction of shell, rehab and retrofit projects as well as the full range of tenant and capital improvement work.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was Vice President and Partner of ExTerra Realty Partners. In this position, Jeff managed, directed and executed work on all aspects of the company’s projects locally, regionally and nationally, including due diligence, entitlements, design, construction and leasing. He has also has held senior development and management positions with CBRE, Koll Development Company (KDC), Catellus and Lincoln Property Company (now Steelwave). During his career, Jeff has successfully delivered more than 26 million square feet of Class “A” office, industrial, R&D and distribution facilities -- ground-up development and tenant and capital improvements -- locally and nationwide.
Jeff has been a participant leader, educator and volunteer in local community programs for both Habitat for Humanity and for the Marin Humane Society’s SHARE & Pet Partners programs. Over the past 17 years, he has been deeply involved in animal-assisted therapy work within local hospitals, convalescent facilities and libraries through regular visits with his nationally certified therapy dog, a beautiful Weimaraner.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of California, where he completed coursework in real estate law, economics, escrow, finance and construction, property and equity asset management. Additionally, he holds both a California General Contractor’s and Real Estate Broker’s licenses.
