Jeffrey Peck joined Savills Studley (formerly Studley) in 1999 and has focused his career on representing tenants with their commercial real estate needs. His clients primarily include major corporations, law firms, financial institutions, luxury brands and not-for-profits such as IHS Markit, National Public Radio, Burberry, Tory Burch, Epstein Becker & Green, The Leading Hotels of the World, the RAND Corporation, Mikimoto of Japan and CUNY.
Jeffrey leads a team with veteran Savills Studley advisor Daniel Horowitz. Together they have assembled one of the highest producing teams at Savills Studley.
Jeffrey has been featured numerous times in The New York Times and Wall Street Journal for his ability to forecast and recognize upcoming trends as it relates to various submarkets and his unique ability to craft tenant-favorable transactions even in a rising market. Jeffrey was named one of Real Estate New York's 2009 Commercial Broker All Stars. In addition, Jeffrey’s representation of Burberry which secured building naming rights earned him and his team a nomination as REBNY’S Deal of the Year award.
Jeffrey has twice received the “Deal of the Year” award from the eEmerge division of SL Green Realty Corp. He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Jeffrey ran the New York City Marathon to raise funds for the Children’s Tumor Foundation. He is an active member of the American Technion Society, a not-for-profit organization supporting the interests of the Technion, Israel’s leader in the education and study of scientific advances.
Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
