Jeffrey Peck joined Savills in 1999 and has focused his career on representing office tenants with their commercial real estate needs. His clients primarily include major corporations, law firms, financial institutions, luxury brands and nonprofits such as IHS Markit, National Public Radio, Hermès, Epstein Becker & Green, The Leading Hotels of the World, the RAND Corporation, Mikimoto of Japan, Ares Capital and City University of New York.
Jeffrey leads a team with veteran Savills advisor Daniel Horowitz. Together they have assembled one of the highest producing teams at Savills. Jeffrey has been featured numerous times in The New York Times and Wall Street Journal for his ability to forecast and recognize upcoming trends as they impact various submarkets, as well as his unique ability to craft tenant-favorable transactions even in a rising market.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Jeffrey has been selected as a Real Deal Manhattan Leasing Elite. He was named one of Real Estate New York's Commercial Broker All Stars. In a skyline-changing transaction, his representation of Burberry resulted in securing building naming rights and earned him and his team a nomination for the REBNY Deal of the Year award.
Jeffrey has twice received the “Deal of the Year” award from the eEmerge division of SL Green Realty Corp. He’s an active member of REBNY and the American Technion Society. He ran the NYC Marathon to raise funds for the Children’s Tumor Foundation. Jeffrey serves on the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s fundraising committee and has helped raise over $100,000 for the organization’s benefit.
