As a senior project manager for Savills Studley's Occupier Services Group, Jerri brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate and project management experience to Savills Studley. She has an extensive background in managing complex multi-use projects for clients in the financial services, healthcare, industrial, and retail industries. Her expertise lies specifically in design and construction techniques for cost sensitive projects as well as preconstruction pricing and project cost controls.
As a member of the Savills Studley team, Jerri has managed design and construction projects for $100M in projects for clients SPX and Accenture. Prior to joining the firm, she managed more than $400M in construction and another $350M in design and preconstruction services for clients such as Bank of America, Wachovia, Time Warner Cable and Emory University. Her work as a general contractor, developer, and owner's representative enables her to bring valuable perspective and experience to any capital program or individual project.
Jerri has a proven track record of successfully managing budgets and multi-disciplined teams, ranging from owners (private, public, non-profit), architects (design and architect of record), engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Her responsibilities have included coordination of all phases of strategic project management services from strategic planning to on-site execution

Jerri holds a bachelor's degree in construction science and management from Clemson University.
