Jerry is a director for Savills Studley Occupier Services, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and can consistently deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis. In this role, Jerry applies his financial and analytical expertise in all contract negotiations so his clients may identify, plan for, and achieve cost savings in their real estate portfolio.
Since 2011, Jerry has completed more than 150 office transactions totaling more than 1.5 million square feet. His clients include dozens of state and local entities such as the State of Florida Department of Revenue, Department of Education, Department of Financial Services, Department of Children & Families, and the Early Learning Coalition, among many others. In addition to his work on behalf of government entities, Jerry performs tenant representation and advisory services for large corporations with multi-market requirements.
Additionally, Jerry is a key contributor to the extensive research performed on the real estate portfolios and organizations of state governments nationwide for Savills Studley Occupier Services’ industry-recognized Benchmarking Study.
Jerry joined Savills Studley with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida-based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities.
Prior to joining Vertical Integration, Jerry worked at Grubb & Ellis and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). During his time at Grubb & Ellis, Jerry was the Leasing Advisor on more than 1.2 million square feet of office space. Jerry also provided strategic real estate solutions to a number of distressed and underperforming assets. While at PwC, Jerry underwent extensive training in client services, internal controls, and financial analysis. He worked on various teams that focused on improving the financial strategies and internal controls of many Fortune 500 companies.
Jerry was recognized by the State of Florida Department of Education for his continued commitment to achieve reduced leasing costs for the agency and State of Florida taxpayers. The Department of Education awarded him as the sole recipient of its “Vendor Appreciation Award.” While at Grubb & Ellis, Jerry was voted Rookie of the Year and was acknowledged as a CoStar Power Broker.
Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Florida.
