Since John Brady entered the commercial real estate profession in 1975, he has been continually recognized as an industry leader in Silicon Valley, the Bay Area, and throughout the nation. Specializing in corporate/tenant representation, John’s clients include a “who’s who” of the technology industry. John specializes in high-value, time-critical, and complex transactions for technology and life science companies. He is an expert in transaction management and a skilled negotiator, with the passion to “protect and defend” his corporate clients.
John was one of the founders of the tenant representation firm Cresa. He was instrumental in shaping the company’s initial strategy, its organizational structure, and the expansion of its offices and services throughout North America. John was also involved in steering the mission and vision of the firm.
In April 2015, Savills Studley acquired Cooper/Brady Partnership dba Cresa San Jose/Palo Alto. John led his team in this acquisition negotiation.
John has distinguished himself as a broker and an entrepreneur for over 40 years.
John has been recognized by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers for his transaction record and is a multiple award winner.
John and his wife, Judy, have been married for 43 years. They have three adult children and currently four grandchildren.
He played professional football for the Detroit Lions from 1973 – 1975.
John received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and pursued his MBA at Wayne State University.
