For 27 years, John has delivered creative solutions to his clients’ business challenges. After his initial seven years in the field of new technology solutions, John began his real estate career in 1988 and took his solution-oriented approach to assist tenants and users of office space.
Using a consultative approach, John begins his assignments by first understanding his clients’ issues, objectives and business plan. He then uses a collaborative approach within the Savills Studley organization to assemble the appropriate team specific to each client’s needs. John uses a strategic approach to ensure that each solution is congruent with the financial, operational, technological, and cultural objectives of the client. John is also adept at creating bona fide negotiation leverage to achieve the most favorable terms and conditions the market can yield.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in education from Miami University in Ohio where he was a varsity athlete, playing division 1A football for four years.
