John Flack joined Savills in 2016. Over his 20 years of industry experience, John has secured and served as the strategic and transactional lead for numerous household names such as Mizuno, Enterprise, Jones Day, Edible Arrangements, SunTrust, Carr Riggs & Ingram and Colonial Pipeline.

John co-leads a team with David Rubenstein and Bo Keatley. Together, they have assembled one of the highest-producing teams in the Atlanta market, providing strategic planning, as well as sophisticated financial and technical analysis, to create cost-saving real estate solutions for their clients. John has represented companies in transactions totaling over $1 billion, and the Savills platform enables him to deploy best-in-class resources for lease administration, project management, workplace strategy, global transaction management, supply chain, capital markets, and municipal incentives – both domestically and around the world.

Prior to joining Savills, John served as the Principal of Cresa and Vice President of Carter & Associates.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

John is a Phoenix Award recipient and Million Dollar Club member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS. He is a board member of Orchard and Ministry Ventures, and he and his family are also involved in the community at organizations such as Lighthouse Family Retreat and YoungLife.
