John Johnson joined Savills in 1992 and has focused on tenant representation for the last three decades. Specifically, John specializes in creating efficient and cost-effective occupancy solutions that support the client’s overall business goals whether by lowering occupancy costs, changing their workplace strategies, improving their work environment or supporting future growth. As a senior managing director in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office, his areas of expertise lie in representing the space needs of international banks, financial services firms, law firms, industry associations and leading consulting firms in the New York market. He also has extensive hands-on experience with international clientele along with a deep understanding of cross-border business projects.

Prior to his time at Savills, John served as a vice president at a boutique real estate firm and began his career with Tishman Realty and Construction
