John Leskow is a Managing Director in Savills Philadelphia office. John joined Savills in 2013 as an Analyst and has successfully moved up the ranks over the years. John is responsible for site selection, strategic consulting, financial analytics, portfolio strategy and transaction management for clients on a regional, national and international basis. John focuses on office and industrial real estate while specializing in relocations, lease renewals, restructures, and acquisitions and dispositions of client’s real estate. John’s experience across a wide range of business sectors has promoted the use of creative, thoughtful, and analytical tools that help his clients identify and execute customized real estate strategies for both short and long-term business needs.

John works with his team, led by Greg Soffian, on developing business throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area and across the United States. John’s expertise lies in his in-depth market knowledge of Downtown Philadelphia’s central business district and surrounding submarkets and his experience working with healthcare, technology, legal, and nonprofit clients. His clients benefit from his exceptional skillset, including market research and analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, deal structuring, and lease negotiations. His interpersonal skills and hard work have helped him establish positive long-term relationships with his clients, who continue to reach out for future real estate needs.

John serves as a board member for the Center City Business Association (CCBA), where he is dedicated to serving Philadelphia businesses by providing connections, insight, resources and community through a variety of programs and events. John's volunteer work includes being a career development mentor for The Bridge, a local nonprofit organization that works to help those who suffer from addiction and mental illness make a positive impact on their lives and community.
