When Cresa Orange County was acquired by Savills, Jonti Bacharach was a key member of their commercial real estate team that eventually became part of the Savills office in Newport Beach. As the Senior Managing Director of Savills Global Occupier Services team in California, Jonti is responsible for global portfolio management and strategic planning for complex transactions. In order to do so effectively, Jonti provides local market insight, research, financial analysis, transaction management and lease negotiation. Whether it’s an acquisition or disposition, leaseback or build- to-suit, Jonti is able to advise his clients in making the best real estate decisions regardless of the industry. In fact, Jonti specializes in TAMI, healthcare, industrial and professional services firms, but has been involved in numerous other projects.

Before Cresa Orange County merged with Savills, Jonti spent 17 years with the firm and became their Senior Vice President. Before that, Jonti spent over three years with The Staubach Company as Associate Vice President and over three years with CBRE as an associate learning the ways of the industry. His vast experience across California, the country, and the globe, combined with his client-first mentality and long-lasting relationships, makes Jonti a desirable talent for any complex real estate transaction in need of a trustworthy broker.
