Jordan joined Savills Studley in 2016 following a highly successful career at Cushman & Wakefield where he was the leading associate professional by transaction volume. Jordan began his real estate career in 2009 and has continuously developed his expertise as a tenant representative, providing a wide range of services, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing advisory.
Jordan provides strategic planning for both short and long-term solutions and has worked with companies across a number of industries including the following; Mitsui & Co. (USA) 92,000 SF early lease restructure at the MetLife Building (200 Park Avenue), BCBG’s 27,660 showroom and office lease restructure at 1450 Broadway, Cogent Communications 48,000 SF relocation to 25 Broadway and Paddle8’s 13,000 SF expansion at 30 Cooper Square. Additional clients include, Stella & Dot, Partner Fund Management, YSL, Limelight Networks, Savoy Bank, Elite SEM, Loeffler Randall and The Cooper Union.
