With more than three decades of experience, José Oncina brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise to apply for client solutions. In his role, José leads Occupier Services’ presence in the Western United States, focusing on meeting the needs of our U.S. clients and their increasing global portfolios.
José joins Savills Studley from CBRE in London, where he was a Regional Alliance Director. In this role, Jose’s responsibilities included portfolio strategy, transaction management, project management, facilities management, sourcing and financing. Prior to that, he was a managing director of client strategy in CBRE’s Seattle office where he was responsible for bringing thought leadership, best practices and platform resources to clients headquartered in the Western US. Prior to moving to the service side of the business, José was head of Global Real Estate & Facilities for Microsoft.
Prior to Microsoft, José held various real estate development, asset management and finance roles in national and regional commercial real estate and consulting companies.
Jose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from San Diego State University; he is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of CoreNet Global, and is fluent in Spanish and French.
