Joshua Gorin led negotiations for transactions of more than 20 million square feet valued in excess of $2.5 billion. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Joshua was responsible for investment research and analysis for Smith Barney.
With a law degree focusing on real estate and litigation, coupled with experience working in the investment industry, Joshua’s approach to strategic real estate planning is comprehensive and holistic. His experience provides unique insight into the fiscal and competitive arenas that his clients operate their businesses within. Through this understanding, Joshua crafts real estate plans that reduce costs and increase effectiveness for leading companies such as NBCUniversal, EMI Music North America, Beats by Dr. Dre, Nielsen Media, Accenture, Panavision and Citi.

Joshua was recognized in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Real Estate” for leading professionals under 35 in 2005 and Real Estate Forum’s 2006 “Global Leaders of Tomorrow.
Joshua received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in Chicago, where he concentrated in real estate and litigation.
