As an assistant director in Savills Studley’s Washington, DC office, Juda focuses on serving the real estate needs of law firms, trade associations, not-for-profits, and corporations. He specializes in structuring complex real estate transactions including early lease restructures, renewals, and relocations. Juda provides creative and effective market insight that is vital to achieving optimal leverage, flexibility, and cost savings for current and prospective clients.

Prior to joining Savills Studley, Juda was a partner at a boutique commercial real estate firm where he headed the tenant representation services department for the Washington, DC region. Several of the firms he has represented include the following, just to name a few: Crosby Marketing Communications, Renal Physicians Association, Wilkenfeld Herendeen Law, Florida Sugar Cane League, Getzels Gordon Productions, Talent Paymaster, Alfonso & Associates, Leicht NY, Championship Staffing, and SPIRIT Health & Fitness.

Juda also co-founded Conscious Development, a sustainable real estate development company aimed at uniting local community leaders, sustainable builders, material suppliers, and investors to revitalize the city of Baltimore and urban communities throughout the world through the use of green building practices.

Activities & Achievements

Juda spent a year overseas serving as a volunteer tutoring math and English to underprivileged youth. He also lead several philanthropic efforts during his time at the University of Maryland including fundraising events for The Alzheimer’s Association, PG County Shock Trauma Ward, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Currently, Juda helps fundraise for autoimmune disease foundations, and volunteers with Terps Against Hunger through his alumni association.


Juda graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor concentration in Environmental Economics & Policy.
