Kathy Brown is the Senior Director of Operations for Savills Occupier Services, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and can consistently deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis. In her role, Kathy handles all aspects of operation including human resources, payroll, benefits, as well as the day-to-day operations within the office. Kathy works closely with the New York accounting department in preparing monthly financials for the Occupier Services group. She also performs strategic consulting for our client PwC with their lease administration needs.

Kathy joined Savills with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida-based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities.

Previously, Kathy worked with CLW Real Estate Services Group/Cassidy Turley. Her experience includes full financial reporting as well as analysis and budget preparation for both Corporate and Property Management accounting. She also gained extensive experience with multiple accounting and budgeting software.
