His expertise in creative problem solving, strategy development, pre-acquisition due diligence, complex transaction management, execution and portfolio analysis enables him to consistently meet his clients’ financial and operational needs.
A veteran real estate advisor, Keith spent 21 years at CB Richard Ellis specializing in tenant representation. While there, some of his most notable clients included The Interpublic Group, McCann Erickson Worldwide, Weber Shandwick, Foote Cone & Belding, Chemical Bank’s (now J.P Morgan), LACOSTE, The Blackstone Group, The Publicis Group, Hal Riney, Fallon, Pfizer, Heidrick & Struggles, Oxford Industries, Dialogics’, Clear Channel Communications, as well as Carl Marks & Co.
Keith has also experienced the corporate side of commercial real estate, having served as a divisional president for Levi Strauss & Co. His responsibilities in that position have provided him with a keen understanding and sensitivity to his clients’ objectives, goals and processes—all critical components to a real estate transaction
Keith won the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Robert T. Lawrence award for 300,000-plus square-foot leases he closed on behalf of advertising giant Foote Cone & Belding. He was awarded the NAIOP Leasing Deal of the Year for NYC. He is also a member of the REBNY.
Keith graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn College and attended New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
