Professional Expertise

As a project manager in Savills Studley's Occupier Services group, Kelly brings fifteen years of experience in the financial and corporate real estate industry with a specialty in program and construction management. Her experience in the property management arena allows her to better service clients by understanding the long-term implications of commercial real estate decisions. To date, Kelly has managed more than 500,000 square feet of new office construction and more than 1 million square feet of mixed-use development projects. She has been directly involved in approximately 250 acres of predevelopment services and an estimated $6.5 million of retail projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly founded Reliable Project Management, where she was Chief Executive Officer and responsible for managing Regions Bank's retail branch consolidation program of safe deposit box vaults. In this role, she collected and analyzed comprehensive valuation data in order to implement a strategic program for the vault consolidations. She assisted Regions Bank with the relocation of more than 13,000 safe deposit boxes and 8,800 safe deposit box customers and limited vault expansions to only one consolidation of the 110.

While working for Trammel Crow, Kelly worked on the Bank of America account. She was on a team that implemented a roll-out program for retail branch construction and ATM installations, resulting in a $64 million signage conversion throughout nine states.
