Kelly has more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate, managing more than four million square feet of transactions throughout her career. Kelly has developed a well-honed ability to navigate complex financial structures and build-to-suit projects. Her ability to create and implement strategic real estate plans through sophisticated financial analysis and market knowledge has helped numerous public ad private organizations reduce costs and optimize their space usage. Before joining Savills Studley in 2000, Kelly was a vice president with a Dallas based commercial real estate firm, specializing in tenant representation and investment property sales.
Prior to becoming a tenant representative, Kelly served as a senior manager in the leasing and property management sector at a national real estate services firm. This experience gave her direct exposure to how landlords and lenders make real estate decisions. In this role, Kelly oversaw a large portfolio of suburban office buildings for several investment ownership groups, including Merrill Lynch, Hubbard and Metropolitan Life Insurance.
Activities & Achievements
Kelly is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She is also a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors®, Greater Dallas Association of Realtors® and the Texas and National Association of Realtors.
Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University where she specialized in real estate finance and economics.
