Ken Norris is Senior Vice President with Savills Studley. He is an integral part of the Savills Studley team providing strategic guidance to clients in Corporate Advisory and Project Management services.
With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Ken has built a reputation for strategic and expert negotiations. Throughout his career, Ken has developed tactical plans to create a competitive environment and maximize marketplace opportunities that enabled his clients to align their real estate goals to their core organizational objectives.
Ken’s focus over his career has centred on tenant advocacy in Toronto where he has negotiated market leading transactions on behalf of his clients with all of the major landlord’s in the GTA.
Ken has had the opportunity to work with and represent notable clients such as HSBC, The National Hockey League, Credit Suisse, Ontario Energy Board, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Ontario Power Authority, SAP Canada, Goldman Sachs Canada and Dynamic Mutual Funds.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Ken was Executive Managing Director at Colliers International and a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he was a perennial top producer for many years.
Ken is a graduate of York University 1985, where he played Varsity hockey and Upper Canada College, Toronto.
