Ken Ruderman is an executive vice president and co-branch manager of Savills Studley’s New York City office. Since joining the firm in 1996, Ken has been one of the firm's leading producers nationally. Ken has more than 27 years of tenant representation experience in the Midtown office leasing market place. His background includes NYC market knowledge with Grand Central, Midtown South and Plaza District expertise, as well as long-term strategy and planning, consulting and lease negotiation.
Ken provides clients with top-tier tenant representation and commercial real estate strategies in New York City and nationwide.
Activities & Achievements
Ken is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He is President of a not-for-profit organization, Jerseys4Jersey, which collects and assembles large quantities of athletic jerseys and donates them to inner city organizations throughout the state of New Jersey.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance and economics from George Washington University.
