Kevin Hodges has more than 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has served numerous tenant clients on complex lease transactions throughout the Houston area. His clients have benefitted from his extensive market knowledge and his negotiating skills. Prior to joining Savills Studley, Kevin was co-founder and managing partner of Cresa Partners-Houston. During his eight years at Cresa Partners, Kevin advised numerous law firms and energy companies in developing and implementing strategies for acquiring and disposing of office space. Kevin was nominated by his partners as the 2003 NAIOP “Broker of the Year”. He has been recognized many times by the Houston Business Journal as a commercial real estate “Heavy Hitter”.
Prior to founding Cresa Partners-Houston, Kevin was senior vice president of Trione & Gordon where, in addition to representing tenants, he assisted Texas Commerce Bank (Chase Bank) in the leasing of its downtown office buildings. His experience as an owner’s representative has given him a valued perspective for his clients. Kevin was awarded the “Broker of the Year” award in 1994 by Trione & Gordon.
Kevin is a member of Savills Studley’s law firm practice group (“LFPG”) which consists of over 30 professionals from offices throughout the country that specialize in law firm representation. The LFPG meets regularly to discuss issues and trends relating to our law firm practice.
Kevin has served his church, Chapelwood United Methodist Church, in many capacities since 1980. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chapelwood Foundation and is a Stephen Minister. Kevin also serves as a mentor in the Mentorship Program of Spring Branch Elementary.
Kevin received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1974.
