Kim Esposito has more than 25 years’ experience in portfolio administration and auditing. During her career in commercial real estate, Kim has managed office, retail, industrial, tower and mixed-use flex space and has been involved in recognizing over $280 million dollars in Tenant rent mitigation, cost reductions and occupancy cost savings. Kim is the Senior Managing Director of Lease Administration for Savills Studley Occupier Services, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and can consistently deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis. Kim oversees the team in providing abstraction and verification of legal documents; rent expense processing and occupancy cost reviews; operating expenses and year-end reconciliation desk and field audits; Estoppel and SNDA review, dispute resolution, database implementation and transition management; quality control; lease expense budgets and portfolio reporting, and ongoing database management.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Kim was the Senior Managing Director of Portfolio Lease Administration at DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley) in Tampa. In 2013, Cassidy Turley acquired CLW Real Estate Services Group, where Kim had been a team member since 2006. Prior to joining CLW, Kim was the Director of Lease Renewals for Dollar General Corporation with over 8,000 locations. Before joining Dollar General, Kim was the Director of Real Estate Administration for the fourth largest drugstore chain in the United States, Eckerd Corporation, responsible for managing over 3,000 leases. During her 24-year tenure in the Legal and Real Estate departments with Eckerd, Kim lead a staff of real estate professionals, managing lease administration and audit matters and directing all surplus property disposition efforts.
Kim earned an Associate of Arts degree in liberal arts and two Associate of Science degrees in law office management and computer technology, all from St. Petersburg College.
