With 26 years of experience and over 17 million square feet of transaction volume representing leading U.S. businesses, Kyle joined Savills Studley's Houston office to apply his expertise in tenant representation within a company founded on this un-conflicted business platform. He spent his career working for Trione and Gordon and then with CB Richard Ellis in its Global Corporate Services group after CB acquired his former firm. He has successfully negotiated transactions across the U.S., Europe, South America and Asia Pacific. Kyle's depth and breadth of experience advocating on behalf of tenants from all industry segments provides him with an acute understanding of how to approach real estate requirements of all degrees of complexity. Kyle is part of the Houston-based office tenant representation team that includes Damon Thames. Some of his most notable transactions include: 340,000 square feet for Enbridge; 214,000 square feet for Kinder Morgan; 330,000 square feet for Equiva Services; 250,000 square feet for EquivaTrading; 155,000 square feet for Valerus Compression and 125,000 square feet for Hydro Gulf of Mexico.
Activities & Achievements
Kyle earned recognition from the Houston Business Journal as commercial real estate "Heavy Hitter". The Commercial Property News named him as one of their "Hot Brokers" and he also was named a "Top Producer" at CB Richard Ellis every year from 2003 to 2008.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance and economics from Stephen F. Austin State University.
